# How To Make:
01 - Beat the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl using a hand mixer until the texture is smooth and creamy.
02 - Add the powdered sugar to the cream cheese and continue mixing until fully blended and fluffy.
03 - In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form using a hand mixer.
04 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula until smooth and well combined.
05 - Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to enhance texture. This step is optional.
