# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It's deceptively elegant: looks like you spent hours in the kitchen when you actually spent ten minutes stirring yogurt.
  • No heat means no stress: perfect for scorching days when turning on the oven feels criminal.
  • Naturally satisfies sweet cravings: the honey and berries do all the flavor work without feeling heavy.
02 -
  • Parchment paper is non-negotiable: I learned this the hard way when I tried wax paper once and spent fifteen minutes chiseling frozen yogurt off plastic wrap.
  • Berry placement matters more than you'd think: scattered too sparse and you get bites with no fruit, but pressed too deep and they become hidden treasures that surprise you halfway through.
03 -
  • Break it while slightly soft: If your bark sits at room temperature for three to four minutes before breaking, you'll get prettier shards instead of crumbles.
  • Use frozen berries for intensity: They release less liquid than fresh ones and create little pockets of concentrated berry flavor that freeze solid.
