# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • Everything cooks in one pan, so cleanup is as quick as dinner itself.
  • The salty pop of olives and creamy feta make every bite feel indulgent without weighing you down.
  • Its flexible enough to use whatever greens or herbs you have on hand.
  • You get a full Mediterranean flavor experience in under 30 minutes.
02 -
  • Ground chicken dries out quickly, so pull it off the heat as soon as it's just cooked through.
  • Add the feta at the very end so it stays creamy and doesn't melt into nothing.
  • Taste before adding extra salt, the olives and feta are already pretty salty.
03 -
  • Let the skillet get hot before adding the onion so it caramelizes instead of steaming.
  • Don't skip the lemon juice at the end, it's what makes the whole dish sing.
  • If you love garlic as much as I do, add an extra clove and don't apologize for it.
