# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It turns any iced coffee into something that feels special without leaving your house.
  • You only need three ingredients and about a minute of effort.
  • The texture is creamy and light at the same time, like drinking a little luxury.
02 -
  • Cold ingredients are not optional. Room temperature cream will not froth, and you will end up with sweetened liquid instead of foam.
  • Do not over-whip it or it will turn into butter. Stop as soon as it looks thick and airy.
03 -
  • If you do not have a frother, a tightly sealed mason jar and 60 seconds of vigorous shaking works surprisingly well.
  • For a lighter foam, swap half the cream for more milk. It will not be as rich, but it is still delicious and a bit less heavy.
